The front desk staff were amazing! The restaurant and bar staff not so much. Trying to get outside to see the falls around 9pm one of the restaurant servers yelled at us and said the restaurant was closed, and after explaining that we were just trying to look at the falls she was not as rude. The outside bar connected to the hotel was really rude as well. We sat down 5 minutes before closing, the female bartender in a very rude manner said that they were closed and were not serving anymore. As she was handing a beer to a customer. Another customer told the bartender that it was not closing time yet. She said she didn’t care and walked off. These two incidents would probably deter me from staying here again. The serving staff needs customer service training. Or take lessons from front desk people.

Always stay here when visiting family in the area. This summer I splurged on a suite with a balcony facing Cuyahoga Falls. It was outstanding! It was during the week and very quiet. Wanted to extend my stay but these suites were all booked for the weekend. The suite has two floors, with the bedroom, bathroom and small sitting room on the floor where you enter the suite. You take the internal stairs down to the large living/dining/kitchen space below, which is also where you access the balcony. I mention the stairs because they could be an issue if you have mobility problems. Just take the stairs slowly. in addition to Beaus on the River right in the hotel, there are several nice restaurants within walking distance. The town is charming. The staff at the hotel is wonderful and welcoming. Everything was clean and in order. There were a few spots where things looked a little dated or worn, but that did not distract from the fun of having a two-story suite with balcony.

The property was gorgeous, and a fantastic location! However, several of the smoke detectors on our floor (5th) were broken and had gloves taped onto them.

Excellent property. Many amenities. Club level was fantastic - enjoyed having breakfast, snacks and happy hour. Beds were super comfy. Location was amazing. This town is adorable. Hotel staff was accommodating and friendly. My only complaint, the bathroom could’ve been cleaner and/or updated.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. Close to everything and we loved the Jetty. Beautiful area.
