Alles - vor allem das Service-Personal war unglaublich aufmerksam und freundlich und Beach Manger Abdul hat unseren Urlaub bereichert durch seine Kompetenz und Persönlichkeit. Das Buffet war exzellent und immer abwechslungsreich - unübertroffen. Sogar vegane Gerichte und Mandelmlich.

An einem Sonntagmorgen um 6am fingen die Bauarbeiter direkt vor unserem Zimmer an, entsetzlichen Lärm zu machen. Sie fuhren mit mehreren großen Baggern hin und her und machten ohrenbetäubenden Lärm. Die Rezeption versprach nach einem Anruf, sich darum zu kümmern - aber es ging weiter bis mindestens 8 Uhr (da sind wir zum Frühstück geflohen).

Nous avons aimé la qualité des équipements, la qualité de la nourriture, la proximité avec la plage, la qualité de la literie, la propreté des lieux, la gentillesse du personnel. Nous y avons passé trois jours de bonheur.

1- Le fait de payer l'ensemble du séjour dès le check-in. 2- Le coût du transfert aéroport/hôtel très onéreux et surtout changeant entre l'arrivée et le départ. Tout cela n'est pas très sérieux. C'est dommage. Ils n'ont pas besoin de se faire de grands bénéfices sur ce secteur je pense.
