Struttura favolosa, appena ristrutturata! Camera da vero 5 stelle, spaziosa e confortevole, pulizia impeccabile. Da italiani dire di aver mangiato bene all’estero è sempre un po’ difficile, ma qui la cucina è veramente valida, difficile resistere ai fantastici dolci ed il succo al mango appena spremuto alla colazione difficilmente lo dimenticherò. Spiaggia e punto mare eccezionali, con privacy tra le varie postazioni. Staff accogliente, gentile e mai invadente. Torneremo sicuramente!!

Se per forza voglio trovare un difetto, ascensore e alcuni corridoi ancora da ristrutturare ma credo lo abbiano in programma

The hotel renovations are well-executed and have significantly improved the property's feel. The location is excellent, offering perfect proximity to the beach. I would also like to specifically commend Islam at the Reception desk, as well as a few other staff members, for being exceptionally professional and kind during our stay.

Unfortunately, our experience with the restaurant management and bar staff was quite poor. Khaled at the bar and the Restaurant Manager, Mr. Reda, were unhelpful; when issues arose, Mr. Reda offered no viable solutions. ​Most disappointingly, on our final day, the hotel refused to provide lunch for the adults in our group, despite us being on an "All-Inclusive" package and booking four separate rooms. While they eventually made an exception for the children, the seniors in our party were left without a meal. This lack of flexibility and hospitality for long-stay guests was very frustrating.
