modern town house, well situated in quiet area of city centre, easy walking from property to shops, bars etc. Long term car park close by.

Shower screen in first floor bathroom did not restrain water when showering, obviously an issue judging by the watermarks in the floor.

Well located for our needs

It was very well located for all the sights, restaurants etc. Had four good sized bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen. Everything was clean and worked

Nothing really - the bin men were noisy in the morning but if you go for a central location you are going to get that. Not the property's fault. There wasn't any parking which wasn't ideal but again we knew that when we booked it and we parked 5 mins walk away for £8 for 24 hours

The location was very good, and the property was satisfactory on the whole

The garden furniture was not very good and it was sat on a muddy lawn, there was only one fan for the whole house, the beds were not very comfy and there was no where to dry your hair properly. The blinds in the bedroom were faulty you could neither open or close them there was no handle/rod to turn.

Very central, great rooms, lots of space, well equipped

Noisy location, if that bothers you, we expected it as its next to bars and student area, but as it was hit we had to keep windows open so it was loud at times.
