"Avoid some staff"

Some staff are terribly rude and dismissive. Hotel is old and since they jacked up the prices not value for money. would not recommend - Hilton Yokohama is better value.

"Amazing location, great lounge!!"

Incredible location in Yokohama directly connected to Yokohama Station through the basement, which makes getting around easy. The rooms are spacious, though a bit dated. As a Titanium Elite member, daily breakfast buffet at the restaurant and evening cocktails with appetizers (reservations required, but we never had trouble getting a table). The evening meal in the lounge was ramen or other delicious food. A thoughtful touch was the flower arrangement and card in our room congratulating us on our honeymoon. The staff were very kind here. Overall, an excellent hotel with top-notch service.
