Yokohama Bay Sheraton Hotel and Towers

Didn't find anything exceptional here, from staff's lack of enthusiasm for their own hotel, to the dark old room decor. For the money paid, I'd have to say that that your money goes further at other hotels. 優しくないスタッフ です

横浜駅の真ん前でほぼ直結。10年以上前に利用した事がありましたが、相変わらず綺麗でラグジュアリー感がありました。お部屋も綺麗で清潔感があり、とても静かでベッドの寝心地もよく、よく眠れました。スタッフの方たち皆さんとても対応や感じも良かったです。ロビーにあったツリーが素敵でした。

アメニティーで洗顔ソープやクレンジングがなかったのは残念。お部屋は広かったんですが、ユニットバスだった。 寒かったので、湯船に浸かりたかった。クリスマス前の週末だったので仕方ないですが、料金が高かった。

Just been turned away from the bar.....empty. Reason given that I know someone who is not welcome. I have friends, fortunately, that tell the truth about this this hotel and staff. They are discriminate against certain people and in this day and age, it is disgraceful behavior. DON'T COME HERE. We're checking out early. If you want to be the manager that condoned this, shame on you. If you want to be the customer that has this behavior submitted on them, go elsewhere. The name, Tanaka came up again.

Rooms.....bad. Service....bad Value...... really, really not good value. They charge a premium rate for a very below average product.

Very expensive rooms for the location, and I would recommend looking around at alternative rates for nearby hotels. The number of foreign tourists is high but staff do not seem well trained to deal with them.

My first and only review. Services are terrible. Staff are afraid of their own, supposedly, compliant management. If you have half the money that they charge, stay elsewhere. After a whopping amount of money spent in over 20 years, they treat you like you're not human. My company and acquaintances have canceled all upcoming stays - not that they care about money or ripping you off. They DO prefer the lighter shade of pale, and their racism grows, watered by Tanaka, every day. Remember, this a Sotetsu owned hotel, licensed to Marriott. Senior Sotetsu staff have been made aware of the discrimination, as have Bonjoy ambassadors. Rememberthe name Ranaka, though other managers aren't much better. Don't be sheep. Also, great location, plenty of cheaper, better located places around.

Wasn't allowed in due to not being white. Bananas has a hold on racism here, appalling service. If you have any scruples do not stay at this awful hotel.
