Hotel & Beach Club Ojo de Agua

Very nice but old, very old towels..

Great stay at this ocean side hotel and beach club. Simple rooms at modest prices and it was nice to have a view of ocean from our room balcony. The beach club access was included in our stay and the restaurant service was excellent. Will be back to this location in our next trip to 🇲🇽👍😁.

We were at The Beach Club, which is separate from the Hotel. Friendly and welcoming front desk staff. Our room was spacious and clean, with a spacious deck and view to the beach. The room was cleaned thoroughly daily. It's an older complex and that showed, but the spaciousness and being right on a gorgeous section of the Puerto Morelos beach made it wonderful! We will return!

Room was very clean, staff was friendly, easy walk into the square and many restaurants

We didn’t really have access to anything with our beach club pass: the Resteraunt was closed for a private function and the pool was full of scuba divers. The property needs major renovations. Beds were uncomfortable. Positives: Staff were friendly. The area itself is amazing. Best Mexican food of the trip. The beach is a few steps away. Very charming little town.

The hotel is older but definitely working on Reno’s. Our room was clean with a walkout to the beach. Staff was very accommodating.

The location was excellent. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Property is right on the beach and I had a beautiful view of the ocean from my balcony. Staff was very friendly. TV and refrigerator did not work (I had them replace refrigerator). Toilet was constantly running. The property is in serious need of updating and repair. I did enjoy my stay, however.

We had an amazing day here. Only downside was the shower. Not a lot of water came out of faucet. But overall a great stay
