No safe in room and no chair on the balcony

We asked for high floor and had a great view of the beach and chairs. The sliding door on the balcony did not lock and the people at the front desk did not speak English even though everybody who was there were either Europeans or Canadians. The beds were very comfortable we were glad there was a refrigerator

This place was a great getaway right on the beach in a quieter town. The staff was amazing, room cleaned daily. I only have 2 complaints. First it's impossible to find. Need better location instructions. Second, I came to the beach with my family to enjoy the fresh air. I couldn't sit on my balcony, in a beach chair, or at the restaurant without people chain-smoking everywhere. It ruins the nice outdoors. Please become a non-smoking property and we will return.

TV did not work. No glasses in our room. They were very good about storing our luggage.

The Ocean view from the third floor was breathtaking. The cleaning staff did a great job. However the staff working the beach club and restaurant staff were rude, They hassles us everyday of our stay about NOT sitting in the lounge chairs (they didn't want us to use them?), they accused us of stealing reservation signs at the restaurant and beach club and said that all chairs in the "beach club" were taken (most days). The advertisement for this hotel as a "beach club" is misleading since lounge chairs on the beach are not given to hotel guests ($250 mx pesos extra per day). Plus additional activities like snorkeling, yoga, beach club chairs have an extra fees. No continental breakfast included as advertised, no free water or coffee or tea as advertised either.

A really great spot on the water. Loved the beach, the staff was very friendly and the location was amazing. It is a little in need of a fix up but then it would be more expensive to stay so I think they should keep it affordable and a great gem on the beach.

We stayed in a trendy thatch-roofed bungalow with a lovely bathroom and a partial ocean view.

Very near to beach. 🏖️ overall clean and nearly all amnesty available. Just need to buy a drinking water from local market (Oxxo)- cheaper and easy. Well They can fill your empty bottle.

By the sea!

This hotel is located right by the sea. While the facilities are a bit dated, the daily cleaning keeps everything spotless. It offers excellent access to snorkeling spots and restaurants, with free beach chairs and an on-site swimming pool that made my stay truly enjoyable.
