Element by Marriott Lexington

Shirley was amazing in helping to book another future stay. Very clean and had everything we needed…except phone line was missing. Requested for the line to be replaced but the gentleman at the front desk was not much help.

The room was clean, the pool looked fantastic although we never got to swim! Staff was super friendly

Great location, in its own cul de sac with one other hotel; near local sites, and convenient for making day trips farther away. The staff and service were great, helpful, kind, and personable! Comfortable rooms and beds. Great amenities and clean. Thank you!

The staff went out of their way to be helpful. Our room was on the ground floor, which was perfect as we needed to keep our racing bikes in our room before a long bike ride.

When we arrived to check in at 10 p.m. there was nobody at the front desk,nobody in the lobby. No security. I walked behind the desk, opened doors looking for people and calling out "Hello? Hello?" This lasted about 10 minutes. Finally someone who was not in any kind of special attire arrived to give us our key. The presence of staff has been sharply reduced since Marriot took over. If they are not going to have anyone at the desk, they should bring back self check-in.

Convenient for Lexington sights, shopping and restaurants.

Clean, and modern at a reasonable price, right next to Route 95. I'll be staying here again

Convienient home base for exploring the history of the area.
