The breakfast was ok not as good as Hyatt house Waltham but Element was cleaner

Breakfast

Room/bed were all OK . I have stayed in this hotel in 2023 and it seems worse for the wear now in 2025. I could not get into the building late one evening from the keycard outside near the grill area. Breakfast seems to not be as good as I remember. Please put more effort into upkeep and maintenance of this property

I specifically picked this hotel because it listed EV charging. (Not sure if that is Expedia or Element problem) I was disappointed to find no chargers present. These are simple to add (or should be for level 2). Anyway, I was able to find a way to charge elsewhere for a higher price. Otherwise it is a great place with great people.

Breakfast was good, staff was excellent.

The shade in our room was in need of replacement. It wouldnt open and had many tears in it on the bottom edge.

I would give an overall great review for Element Hotel. The staff were approachable and helpful. The overall cleanliness, aesthetic, and vibe were good. We stayed there Suit which had everything we needed. The shower was malfunctioning but, the he’ll addressed it immediately and in a suitable fashion. I would visit this hotel again. Also, the complementary breakfast was suitable. Shoutout to the lady who prepared the AM meals. She was particularly pleasant and entertaining. Told us about God local places to visit.

Room was clean and very functional in terms of layout, furnishing, and proportion. The included breakfast was very reasonable and the breakfast area was clean. Water pressure was insufficient, with a wimpy shower and only a trickle through the sinks. Service resisted cleaning the room and providing linens.

No EV chargers on site, as advertised. I should have called, rather than trusting Expedia? the hotel? as there were NO chargers. Front desk staff informed us the chargers were removed more than a year ago. Someone obviously didn't update the web site. In addition, the breakfast service was beyond pathetic, and, no one was monitoring... both mornings, coffee and hot food ran out, and we had to ask and waiit for more food, during the MIDDLE of the advertised breakfast time. To be fair, the bed was comfortable and the night desk staff were friendly, but it was HARD to get over the lack of advertised EV charger and honestly, a Marriott property can and should do a better breakfast. Huge disappointment. Won't be back.

The property is aging and needs maintenance and upgrades. Some of the desk staff needs training on customer service and customer interaction.
