"Comfort in Franklin"

This is truly the best hotel in the area. From driving up to the front door for the valet parking to the door being open for me being led directly to the person I needed to see quick check-in. A very comfortable room, nice beds and a balcony, turn down service. The works, everything was top notch.

"Cant sleep because of elevator noise"

I didn’t sleep at all! Even with earplugs! The elevator noise is so loud and won’t STOP!!! I even took sleeping pills. I don’t understand with such a beautiful hotel they would have the loudest elevators! We have stayed in some not so great hotels for our son’s baseball trips and never heard the elevator this bad! Husband asked me “would you come back to his hotel?” Yes, but as far away from the elevator as possible!! Did I mention we are in a suite and with rates so high this should not happen.

Overall great place. Beautiful hotel and beautiful people. Autumn at front reception is extremely professional, helpful, proactive, and nice. She always makes the stay better. She is top notch. Bartenders, Valet, Cleaning Services and Grounds Crew are all wonderful as well. The place is wonderful and the people help to make it even better.

"A great weekend was had by all!!!"

Just 2 weeks ago my family and I spent a long weekend at the Harpeth Hotel in Franklin, TN celebrating the wedding of our daughter. The rehearsal dinner was at the Harpeth in the courtyard. I felt like I was in an Italian villa. So pretty!! Kimberly and Molly were so helpful with the accommodations for our out of town guests and the planning of the event. They were both on hand that night overseeing the event. We had a wonderful wedding and a wonderful weekend!! Everyone was so nice and so accommodating from the moment we got there starting with James and Bryson who valet parked our car all weekend. Then Dan the doorman welcomed us in with professionalism and humor. A great combination. Inside we met Autumn, Anna and Lauren working at the reception desk. They were all so friendly and polite and knew us by name by the time we left. Throughout the weekend I would meet Terry in the lobby where we chatted about how great the food was at the cafe, or what a great town Franklin is. Great shopping and eating within walking distance from the Harpeth. I will definitely stay here again. The beds were so comfortable, and the maid service was excellent, very clean.
