Beautiful hotel right in the heart of historic downtown Franklin. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The shower was huge! Like, walk-closet huge! Within a very short walking distance of many great restaurants. Staff was super friendly, helpful and accommadating. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

We had a great experience here. The hotel is in a great location for walking around town. We were most impressed with the staff from management to front desk. Especially, Ivory at guest services. So kind, helpful and professional. She set the tone for our whole stay. So rare to find people who truly love what they do and are good at it.

Perfect location in the middle of everything, with Main Street’s shops and restaurants just a short walk away. The lobby has comfortable seating tucked into different corners, and the live music in the evenings gives it a relaxed, welcoming feel. The staff were genuinely friendly and made me feel at home throughout the stay.

What a beautiful stay, we stayed six nights. We were treated very well. They decorate beautifully for Christmas and we brought in a new year there also..

My spouse and I stayed at The Harpeth back in January, and although the hotel is beautiful, the customer service we received was not as great as we expected. The staff at the time wasn't as warm and welcoming and didn't acknowledge my status with the brand. This time around, ALL the staff was absolutely amazing, especially Ivory. Ivory apologized for our previous experience and went above and beyond to make up for it, with empathetic actions and superb customer service. We will definitely be back!
