Super easy instructions on how to access the front door and key box. Great location and walking distance to everywhere. Hosts were excellent with their communication. Huge shower was also a nice bonus.

As other reviews mention, lugging your case up 4 flights of stairs when you first arrive is a bit challenging, and the stairwells are fairly dark in the evening.

The location is perfect.

The bed was too small. And the sound proof was horrible. The apartment is next to a big road and I could hear the noise from cars and ppl the whole night.

It was clean and comfortable.

The property needed some repairs and this was attended to on day 2. The kitchen exhaust fan was broken and will need replacing. The property could do with some updating. If you arrive at night you will have difficulty going access as there is no lighting for the keypad, and when you eventually get into the foyer the automatic lighting turns off when you are half way up the stairs. The lift is not working.

Best location! So close to the places we wanted to visit. Downside - need to pay local taxes by cash at the office or bank transfer. Our flight was delayed so we had to hurry to make it in time to the office as they’re closed on the weekends. When we booked, we were looking for a place with an elevator and it wasn’t working at the time of our stay. Thankfully, we were only on the first floor. Overall, it was comfy for two nights in Porto and we loved the convenience of its location.

The location! The location was perfect. It was walking distance to bakeries restaurants, local shops, and some attractions.

The lift for the apartment wasn't working. Climbing 4 flights of stairs each time we went and in and out was exhausting at times.
