ORM - Saraiva de Carvalho Apartments

Cute little place with everything we needed for our stay. Bed was kind of in a loft situation which was unique. Shower and bathroom were fantastic. Location was perfect- close enough to all areas and easy to get around.

Great location, within walking distance of all the key attractions. Key code to enter building and key in key box so easy to check in.

No storage to put away bags etc. Little adjustments like TV too low to watch in bed easily, shower door slightly too big to close.

Good location, easy access on arrival, apartment was very clean.

The location was perfect and the facilities were good. The check in went super smooth due to great communication. The checkout also was easy going.

It wasn't clean. There was a lot of dust, mold in the bathroom and a dirty carpet. Also there was still garbage from the previous users in the trash bin.

Location excellent. Really good facilities. Beds were firm which I loved but my friend didn't (personal preference). Bright, lots of light. Two bathrooms with plenty of shower gel provided. Lovely, friendly staff who were very responsive and offered to store our bags in the office. On a main road but not noisy. Plenty of plug sockets.

Musty smell in the corridor and drains. Single bed above the living room-the stairs upto it are a disaster waiting to happen. Need a full length mirror.

In a good position

The bed supposed to be loft style, built by people with no regard to safety.
