location was perfect

it smelled like the sewage and the bed was uncomfortable and the lock on the front door was really hard to use

Great location to walk around Porto with lots of amenities nearby.

Very noisy not only from other flats but also the street. The shower with slow water draining which would cause flooding of bathroom very quickly.

The location was really good!

Perfect location to explore the city, overall we had a great experience in the apartment! The staff very accommodating and the flat super clean.

The sofà beds were maybe not too confortable, but in general it's though to find accomodation for 7 people, so we can't complain ;)

The appartment was pretty and very well located

Was too cold and the heating was not enought for the appartment, excesively cold.

Location was great as it was close to a number of places of interest. It is also near a Metro station. Service was excellent. We did have an issue with the WiFi and the team responded quickly and it was fixed. Only caution is that if you have very young kids or elderly the apartment has steps within the space and it might not be suitable.
