The staff was so helpful! We accidentally booked the wrong rooms and apon arrival the gentlemen found us the correct rooms to fit us all comfortably and even price matched the original room. Its was a quiet and relaxing stay, breakfast was great, if the they ran low on something for the kids the sweet young lady at the dest was quick to refill items when asked. Love that there is a pool, hot tub and sauna.

The ice machine was out of order at the time of our stay but not really that big of a deal !

Location.

Floor was not vacuumed, there were pubic hair on the carpet. Small bathroom, beds are really hard, breakfast was not very good, No fruit or juice. Hot tub water was filthy, people were extremely loud till well after midnight, kept waking up my kid, talked to the front desk about it and they did nothing.

Very clean Manager Rakesh was amazing very helpful all staff very nice Great place to stay! I would recommend to stay and will be coming back to stay in future!
