Our kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Clean. Very convenient being close to MOA. Beds were comfortable. Pet potty area behind building.

No juices or anything available with continental breakfast. Only coffee and hot chocolate. $25 a night for pet a little high in my opinion. Everywhere else we have stayed it’s been $20 or less

"Disgusting, infuriating, uncomfortable, unsafe, unwelcome."

Nothing at all

Everything. Dirty, stained linens. Dirty rooms. Rude staff. Other guest knocking on my door at all hours of the night and running off, staff doing nothing to resolve the issue. Expired foods in the breakfast bar. Dog poop on the entry walk ways. Poorly lit outdoor walkways & parking lots. Broken or inadequate electrical outlets. Expensive and often times BROKEN vending machines that offered only soda and juice. I HATED my stay. Remote controller for tv also was not programmed. They did nothing about it

Location was good form me and my plans for the weekend.

Night staff was not helpful at all. They really don't like to help if you booked through an online travel site. I asked for some filtered water (bottled water) and was flat out refused. Very poor customer service. The breakfast could use a makeover as well
