The best receptionist Charlie, customer oriented!

They were replacing the elevator and didn’t tell us so we had to use the stairs the whole time. We are older and it was difficult. Hot water in the shower.

staff both evening and morning was slow, could not finish transaction.

This was a last minute booking and stay...just to get some sleep. It was clean and comfortable. The check in was pleasant, as well as check out. Friendly personnel. Breakfast was good, as was the coffee! Price was reasonable, for today's standards.

Elevator was out of order, but not a big deal. Steps are good exercise. 🙂

The breakfast was gross, the floors were sticky, the coffee machine was broken and the elevator was always broken.

The breakfast was fine and met expectations for a hotel free breakfast. Reasonable variety….e.g. I didnt expect the level of choice one would find in a restaurant. Staff was very welcoming and pleasant. The location was great for my travel plans, e.g. easily accessible off the interstate and close to restaurants / dining options. The room was comfortable and met expectations…the bed was incredibly comfortable! And, the staff accommodated my request for a first floor / close to exit room, which was very helpful for my pet.

As I mentioned, the room was comfortable and the bed was especially comfortable! The only problem…the trim around the shower door was damaged and allowed for some water leakage.
