from. was dank and musty. Te central pool likely increased teh humidity throughout the hotel The carpet itself was damp from the moisture!

"room was fine food varied, some staff professional and friendly others rude"

It was clean enough, breakfast varied. Somedays old stale offering some days fresh.

Customer service depended on who you talked to. Some of staff rude. Charges were unclear. I was charged more than expected, sent message. Received call back but person who called was little help then said can’t fix incompetent to me and hung up. I called back and she told me she could say what she wants nothing would be done. Put in complaint with corporate office.
