GiliZen Resort - Private Pool Villas

Beautiful place, nice staff. Great breakfast and pool. Ended up extending for a few more nights.

Depending where you want to go / what you want to do on the island it can be a bit away from things. Easy enough if you hire a bike though..

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the villas are well equipped and you will have your own pool.

We booked 2 villas for 3 nights with breakfast. The first thing, if you are using breakfast fill out forms I expect to get a new one at the room every day and not go after it to the reception. Second thing is, even if not everyone is there in the morning I expect to be asked if the breakfast should still be served. In total we paid for 9xbreakfast but got served only 6x. The last thing is about the bicycles. We asked if you can use them and nobody told us that we have to pay a rental price until the morning we left. In total this leaves a bitter aftertaste to our stay here. The service quality and management are not good.

Pool and breakfast

The sitting area is not comfortable and so many mosquitoes. The beds were not comfortable and were making sounds.

The villa was spacious for a couple, the garden and the pool very beautiful and worth staying a little bit inside to enjoy and relax. Also the breakfast was really good and the staff was very helpful and very kind.

Compares to other similar villas it's a little bit expensive. And the bathroom needs a bit maintenance

Loved the private pool & outdoor set up! It’s also an amazing location, close to the beach bars on the more chilled side of Gili Air but also easy to get to the other side of the island, either by foot or by utilising the villa’s bike rental facilities. This place was perfect for a relaxing trip with awesome service from the GiliZen team :)
