The staff was lovely and you had your own water machine which was very welcome

The Internet kept going of ..the pool wasn't very clean didn't want to swim in it I wouldn't say this is a 4 star hotel towels and dressing gowns were gruby ..

GiliZen is an incredible property. We loved our stay. 9 days that we won’t forget. The location was perfect for us. The wonderfully helpful and kind staff were awesome. Highly recommended.

The bungalows are lovely and the pool area very cosy. Nothing bad to say! If you need anything, just call the reception and they'll get it for you.

The only thing perhaps that there's no bar in the premises so you cannot order cocktails to sip on by the pool, but they will go to the shop for you if you want something to drink.

Great villas, amazing breakfast, nice pool, drinking water distributor in each villa, and very friendly & helpful staff. Liked that the bedrooms have both A/C and fans, and mosquito nets.

Need a fan above the dining area, the walls are so tall around the villa that no air circulates and it’s too hot around the pool to enjoy during the day. Lot of new construction next door so it’s noisy from 7am.

The facilities were nice. Breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly.

The hotel does not have a solid walking path, especially if you are dragging luggage. It's a bit more remote than we expected as there were not a lot of lighted areas from different parts of the island It was also low season, and only one other occupant was there. So, the price on booking.com was over what most hotels were offering at the time.
