"Look somewhere else"

This is a strange La Quinta. The place feels very Patel-like. I’m wondering if anyone from La Quinta has checked here recently. Room was stale and smelled of smoke. Inappropriate signs posted like it was someone’s private residence - You’re not allowed to take your breakfast items to your room??? And the breakfast offering was pretty sad. Just a 1-Star place in my mind.

It was clean, check in was quick and easy. My bed was a to soft for my liking. HVAC had some issues but if you want fast easy access in the west metro it works. Ill be back

"Terrible, Terrible, Terrible"

Awful experience from the start. The front desk clerk was very rude. He spoke very loudly with a thick Indian (from India) accent and with a disrespectful tone. He told me there was no WiFi available so don’t even ask, it was for first floor guests only. He took forever to check me in and never mentioned anything about our two little dogs which we noted on our reservation. When we brought the dogs in he stared at us with a dirty look on his face. So after we got settled, I went back down to clarify we had our dogs and there a different, but equally as rude Indian man working the front desk. He tried telling me he would have to charge $75 per dog per night when the sign on the desk said it was $25 per dog per night. They said they would fix it when we checked out but at checkout refused to give us a receipt and said it could take weeks to be fixed. Shady business practice. The hotel was so noisy all night that one of our dogs kept growling because people were fighting in the hallway. At breakfast there was a large family running all around the food area and a little boy kept touching all the food with his bare hands. The attendant just laughed and thought it was funny. You also can’t take food back to your room, even if there are no seats. There was trash all over the property, our shower door didn’t seal so water runs all over the bathroom. It was a disgusting experience on so many levels. I can’t stress enough how much you should avoid this hotel.

Travel constantly for work, and this was the first time that I felt very unsafe. I watched them pull someone dead, or injured from the grassy area behind the parking lot. Very dirty room, smokers sit on the back stoop although it says no smoking within 25 feet. Did not see them, so cannot prove it, but looked like bedbug bites all over my right arm.
