Rooms were very clean and bed’s very comfortable

I did not like the fact that my room was change and the stuff lie and said I chose a hendicap room

I didn't like that i called ahead of time to let them know i Was bring a dog and room i wanted not available

Hotel is dated, needs some updating. The carpeting is old and worn, but no holes in them. We reserved a King Suite and it was nice a large with a bedroom and a living room, two bathrooms due to it being two rooms converted into one suite, so two entry doors. One entry door never locked and to secure it you had to keep the interior lock on the door at all times The other entry door had the top lock completely ripped off the solid wood door. Called and told the front desk and they said they would notify maintenance.. how did they not know about these doors, as housekeeping comes in all the time? Beds were comfortable, water pressure was very good, rooms were clean and TV’s worked! We will be back in this area, but will be looking for different accommodations.

The building was very clean, as well as our room. Staff friendly and accommodating.
