Easy access to The highway. Close to where I needed to be. A very well maintained and safe environment.

Rooms are small and air conditioning doesn’t work well in rooms or breakfast area when hot out

The staff was very kind and friendly. Unfortunately, the hallway in which we were located stunk so bad it was impossible to breath. It seemed to be a mixture of someone cooking spicy food in their room and cleaning agents. The hotel seems to be putting in some effort to make it nice. The room was clean. Unfortunately, the hallway had people's food waste lined up. The breakfast was just so-so. Small egg patties, little smokie sausages, and some kind of grey gravy. I had the waffle figuring it was the safer choice. The coffee was great. The hotel is located right off Interstate 694 and was in a quiet location next to office building. It felt very safe. It is not worth the money.

Would give a great rating but annoyed with the person who checked me in. I asked for local options for supper close by. He said there was nothing at this exit and that i had to drive a mile or two. When i searched on google, i found the Marriott next door had a great restaurant open to the public. I ended up eating there and it was great.

They overheard it was my daughter’s birthday and were so kind to her and upgraded our room. They made her feel so special. They went over and above. Awesome staff!!!

Nice greeting at the front desk. Was able to give us a room away from the elevator
