This is a great hotel and it’s the owner/managers attention to detail that makes it hum. I was worried about my late arrival via Tren Maya but Francisco assured me they’d wait past the normal time if necessary. The staff were so kind and accommodating. It’s super clean, the roof terrace is fantastic, breakfast is great. I loved it and felt very much at home. It’s close to a lovely public swimming dock.

I had a great room, very comfy. The only thing I recommend is to get some bedside lights, the overhead lighting is far too bright and but conducive to relaxing.

Dit hotel is echt fantastisch! Super lieve mensen, schone kamers en verzorgd ontbijt. In de buurt zijn genoeg barretjes en restaurants te vinden.

La ubicación, muy cerca del parque ecológico y el balneario ejidal, ideales para nadar. La habitación amplia y cómoda. El desayuno bufet incluido en la tarifa es muy bueno. El personal muy amable.
