Todo,un hotel con buen precio, bien situado dentro de Bacalar, desayuno correcto

Nettes Personal, das Frühstück und die schöne Dachterasse.

Das Bett war so furchtbar ungemütlich und es gab kaum Ablageflächen im Zimmer.

Uitgebreid ontbijt , leuk zwembad, Loopafstand centrum. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel,schoon ,ziet er leuk uit binnen.

Excelente lugar para quedarse, desayuno rico y variado, personal amable e instalaciones limpias, cerca de la laguna

Kleines regionales Frühstücksbuffet, kleine DachTerrasse. Zimmer waren klein aber hatte alles Lage zur Lagune war gut da ein öffentlicher Steg in der Nähe war sowie der Nationalparksteg

Kein Tisch mit Sesseln im Zimmer.

The welcoming by Javier at the reception was exceptional, and so were the chefs at the kitchen during breakfast and the cleaning staff.

Not that we required it, but perhaps providing access to the kitchen and pool to guests with disabilities could be something to think about.
