Wonderful hotel overall...very clean and esthetically pleasing...great staff, nice breakfasts, good location for exploring bacalar

Provide chair in room for desk

Despite the tiny room, the hotel is lovely. The pool is located on the rooftop and you have a view on the lagoon. The breakfast buffet was good and had options for different tastes. Breakfast is also served on the roof, which is nice. The location is good, it's around 15 minutes walking distance away from the centre, but you have nice restaurants and access to the lagoon close by. Everything was clean.

Great location near to the lagoon and the centre and the bus station. Good size room with comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff, nice seating areas, tasty breakfast, water dispenser.

La zona exterior

Niet te ver (15’ te voet) gelegen van de sfeervolle plaatsen in het centrum. Ontbijt op het dakterras, super gezellig! Ontbijt was goed met op de 2 dagen dat we er waren een andere warme extra keuze naast de eieren, toast, yoghurt en fruit. Zeer vriendelijke receptionistes die altijd willen helpen. Een aanrader voor een super lekker restaurant met zeer goeie prijzen en gezellige setting is ‘A Brassa‘, niet aan het water gelegen maar gezellig rustig terras met top eten. Geen doorsnee Mexicaans restaurant met tortilla’s maar Europese normen aan Mexicaanse prijzen.
