"Good location but the rooms are very tired and old."

The location is excellent for Brands Hatch and the staff are friendly.

The room was really old and desperately needed refurbishment. The bathroom particularly was very dirty, the shower curtain had a large stain and there was a lot of mould everywhere. The carpet in the bathroom was covered in stains. The breakfast is sitting out for too long so it's very dry and there was a big hair in the baked beans. The breakfast is also very expensive for what it is.

"Needs to do better"

The leisure facilities, swimming pool was fab! The free drink voucher and smartie sweets for our son was nice touch. Location for events on track is the main draw.

The beds were very uncomfortable. Not sure how well the bathroom was cleaned. Minimal staff seen especially at breakfast. There was a fire alarm triggered at 6.40am and it really scared our 6 year old son, we all scrambled to get up and came out of the room, no staff were about reassuring anyone it was a false alarm or to tell us what to do. My husband went to the front desk and they just shrugged an apology. This could have and should have been handled so much better!
