Thistle London Heathrow Terminal 5

The front desk guy was crazy helpful! He went above and beyond! The room was small but adequate. We loved the coffee machine they had in the lobby! And the price was a good match for the room.

It was a little small, but we were just there for a quick night's rest so it was fine. Also no elevator, so we had to carry luggage up but they helped us.

It's a basic hotel. Staff are obliging.

Publicity says close to Heathrow T 5 but only by Pod at 8 pounds either way. Bus is inconvenient. Access problematic.

Location was very convenient for a transit sleep. The pod system made getting there from terminal 5 very easy. The bed was very comfortable. I saw something about food in a brochure but did not seek it out.

Nothing particularly special about the property. It reminded me of a cruise ship with very long and narrow hallways. This hotel is for people having an airport stopover.

É bem próximo do aeroporto, como pretende ser. O check in e check out foram bem simples.

Para um hotel que tem o nome do aeroporto e terminal no seu próprio nome, foi difícil o acesso entre o aeroporto e o hotel. Não é possível ir a pé, aparentemente tem o POD, mas não e fácil encontrar informação sobre. Acabei gastando muito tempo entre aeroporto e o hotel, num hotel que fui apenas passar a noite. Poderiam ser mais proativos e informar antecipadamente as melhores formas de fazer esse trajeto. Além disso o hotel tem um formato super confuso, as placas para direcionar para os quartos são péssimas e para chegar nos quartos temos que caminhar longos metros em corredores confusos.

Room was standard, everything worked, but it is now very old and tired. It works but there is a strange damp smell when you go in the room.

Smell in the room (suspect air conditioning) which cleared after some time. Everything is very tired and a complete lack of sockets where you need them (by the bed)
