Comfortable and quiet stay, very convenient for access to Heathrow terminal 5. I had steak for dinner and it was very good!! No complaints on the meal, the steak was cooked perfectly and the fries were crispy. The bed is comfortable and there's A/C. I found my room quiet and got good sleep before my early morning flight.

I ran the bath and the water smelled weird and had sediments. The bath tub itself had cracks in the coating too. Bathrooms could do with an upgrade as I've stayed at Thistle before and had a similar issue.
