"Great place to stay before an early Heathrow flight"

Clean hotel and helpful staff. Conveniently located near Terminal 5 via their exclusive pods

The food at the restaurant wasn’t great- pizza crust was soggy and couldn’t tell if it had tomato sauce

Great location for terminal 5, rooms are very clean albeit quite basic. Water temperature and pressure in the shower was great. Also in this heat the air conditioning was very welcome and maintained a good temperature

Toilet close to the wall in the bathroom so not the best.

"Comfortable hotel in a convenient location"

The location was very convenient. Getting to or from the hotel from the airport is super easy and fun using the pods. The breakfast buffet was good with lots of options.

The hotel is quite old and could do with some updating but was still very comfortable.
