SureStay Hotel by Best Western Florence

Nice room.

Staff will go above and beyond. The rooms don’t smell. However, the hallway does have an odor. They don’t nickel and dime you here and I did NOT wake up with any random bug bite spiders or otherwise.

Clean rooms

The room was clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good each morning. The motel is located in great spot that is close to restaurants and stores.

More than what you pay for…. You get a lot more than what you expect for the price. Great service clean room also did I say EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Listen your not staying at the Ritz-Carlton, but for the service, price and a proper clean room I’m a happy camper!

Love it but bathrooms need a up grade

The room we were given was infested with bugs. The hotel staff told us we’d get a refund because they had no other rooms available, and we had to get a different hotel. They told me I needed to go through Expedia for the refund, however, Expedia has told me that they cannot get ahold of the hotel and can’t provide a refund. Avoid at any cost!

Run down property. Older building. Found cockroach crawling up the wall. Nicer hotels in the area. Deffinetly would not reccomend.

This is one of the dirtiest places. Furniture in rooms broken, carpets don’t look like they’ve been cleaned in decades. The smell!! Oh lord the smell is still stuck in my nose. Is this a halfway house for parolees? Every person coming and going looked sketchy and had an ankle monitor on. Just the most disturbing place I’ve ever had the misfortune of entering. Did not feel safe or clean there at all.
