SureStay Hotel by Best Western Florence

The first room looked like they just made the bed before I got there just to have a room for me. So when I pulled the sheets back the first bed had these dark stains in the sheet and the second bed had a giant urine stain. When they gave me a new room that room smelled like cat piss. Everything was moldy and mildewy and the AC was on the lowest temp and blowing warm air. When I went for a shower the paint was molding and chipping off and roaches were crawling on the floor

They do not clean properly. The carperts were extremely dirty, the toilets did not flush

My husband and I couldn't check-in and were left out on the street in the middle of the night. Even though we called twice to warn them about our flight delay. They said "no problem, we'll wait for you". When we arrived the reception area was empty, not a soul around. We called, left voice mails - crickets. After half an hour we left and found ourselves another hotel.

They canceled my reservation like 2-3 days before it was time for me stay. And since the rooms on here are non refundable, I was stuck scrambling at the last minute to find somewhere to stay. And the worst part is, they made it sound like the whole hotel was shut down, but I drove past the building and there were several dozen cars in the lot, sure looked like they were open. I think they canceled on me because there was a jazz festival in town and they could have jacked up their prices, but I got my room for so cheap. They are obviously still getting my money, and they were able to rent my room out at a higher rate

The front dest receptionist was super accommodating, early check in for a small fee and professional. It wasn't until we walked out and seen strange individuals, cats in the windows, really strong smells and not so fresh interior. Unfortunately I had to do a same hour check out

Sink was leaking, bed sheets were dirty, the hotel needs to be updated bad. It was a good price and the staff was very friendly. Area around the hotel was very nice as well...lots of shopping and restaurants.

It’s wasn’t clean in the hallway and it smelled. The bed sheets and blankets and towels had stains.

The place has a very bad odor, the rugs in the hallway are black with dirt, the beds are very uncomfortable and we bought a sheet set because the pillow cases and sheets were dirty. They have roaches and fleas because they allow pets there

The place smell like cigarettes, it is extremely dirty, starting in the lobby. I left and went looking for another place to stay. I wouldn’t stay one hour in that hotel.

Drug addicts everywhere in the dirty parking lot , hallways and room stunk. Room wasn’t clean and had roaches . I ended up going to another hotel
