"Clean hotel, friendly staff, but facilities need some repair"

The staff at this hotel is attentive and friendly and try to be helpful. The hotel is clean, and the breakfast is average, with a waffle maker. Our single-queen room was had a comfortable bed, microwave, and fridge. The AC worked well enough, though was a bit noisy. Our biggest issue was that we had reserved a room with a bathtub, and we even received a confirmation email that we were assigned to a room with a bathtub. When we arrived, however, we were told there was only one bathtub room in the whole hotel and it was not available due to a maintenance issue. We will not stay here again for that reason.

The staff were fantastic. The room was clean and quiet. The only problem was the mattress needs repacement immediatelyt. There is a large deep hole you sink into on one side that makes sleeping unbearable. The other side is ol but makes one wonder .......room 133. Side farthest from window

"Don’t Stay Here - other options"

Power went out on 1st night of stay in the area. It was the handling of the situation that was poor customer service. I located a hotel with power and went there. I informed the front desk employee and returned the key. He said that he would handle it when power restored. Management disappeared somewhere but they were onsite. They charged me for 2 nights and refuse to remove the charges. I lodged there almost every weekend. They really appreciate their loyal customers (sarcasm). Never going back and may others choose some place else to lodge.
