The staff and the comfortable bed.

I didn't like the fact that the hotel did not have a elevator you had to walk up the stairs even though that room was on the second floor. also I did not like the fact that the bathroom was so small. Lastly, the parking situation at the hotel was not great. not enough parking spaces for guests staying in the hotel. Maybe it was because it was a busy weekend that weekend. I'm not sure
