Stay was great! Staff was wonderful!

The only issue was there was no elevator. With back issues it was difficult going up and down stairs. First floor was booked so had the take high floor option.

"Disappointing"

Nothing really.

Hot and cold control in shower was reversed and nearly scalded me. Toilet/shower room was so small you could barely turn around in it (seriously). There was NO ELEVATOR!! My wife is handicapped and stairs are very difficult. Luckily we were able to get a ground floor room. Breakfast was sparse and eating area very small. Bathroom sink vanity is so low you have to bend over double to brush your teeth. I’m an experienced traveler and this hotel really disappointed. Bulldoze this one and start over.
