Camrose LeChateau Hotel

The room was very clean and the beds are super comfortable. We were in the "junior suite" so were at the end of the hall and it was super quiet. I did wish the frig had a freezer compartment though. The water had to run for at least 15 minutes to get warm so that was a bit inconvenient. We didn't get back to the hotel until almost 11 Friday and Saturday nights and the lunge was closed which surprised me. Location was great because we were at the dog show at the CRE Thurs-Sun.

Old property that has been redone. Staff was friendly. Room was quiet and comfortable. Bathroom was quite tiny but functional. Met my needs.

In my opinion the bathrooms are wayyyyyy too small in the rooms. Staff lost the keys to my room before i checked in so i had to ask the front manager for the master key which i couldnt have in my possession. Overall the staff was very friendly and handled the matter accordingly.

Excellent location, excellent room service, the restaurant in the hotel is also highly recommend.

The room was clean but would sometimes smell like cigarette smoke. We couldn’t figure out if it was coming from another room or outside.
