Staff are all wonderful. I’ve stayed here many nights during work and even though some minor things happened, they fixed it right away. They’re friendly and accommodating. The property is older and it’s not a high end hotel but it’s cozy and safe and very reasonably priced. I have had quite awful experiences at 2 other hotel franchises in Camrose so when I’m back, this will be my home while I’m away from home.

It took forever for hot water to come to the room, I would turn hot water on, go make coffee, sip on coffee until hot water hits the shower
