For the price, it’s a basic stay.

It's minutes away from the downtown.

The staff was super friendly and the rooms were clean

No space in bathroom. Very small. Need better instruction for tv.

The ladies at the hotel were absolutely amazing! They were so helpful on all accounts and made the stay there wonderful!

The Junior Room was spacious. Clean. Front staff very nice. The couch very uncomfortable, no Kleenex in the room, bathroom extremely small, no hot water(not even warm water) no deadbolt.

Rooms were clean staff are excellent not stuff like most places would stay here again

When we check in with several bags we ask for a luggage cart to assist us. The clerk points to a delapitated old old old tiny 4wheeled trolley cart. It had wheels the size of donuts and had been damaged so ran crooked when you pushed it. It was about 20 inches by 20 inches. A regular suitcase wouldn’t fit on it. They need to go to Costco - spend $100 and buy to new big sold carts ….. really. The clerk said just throw the laundry basket aside and use that …. Are we for real. Then got a KEY to the room. - went up to the room - Key didn’t work. So put us in another room.. Later went into the hallway to get ice - oh yah - asked for an ice bucket. Followed her to the storage room. Oh I’ll dust this one out and put a plastic bag in it - should be ok. Next morning went into the hallway to go down to start the car - had a sweater on - it’s winter about minus 16 outside. I quickly turned around to get my parka. It was -16 in the hallway. I went down and told the clerk. She looked at me and said - yes. - I said it’s really cold , freezing . She said yah Then I said are you doing anything about it. Oh yah . We called someone. And turned away. The hard hard bed had only a sheet a blanket and a bedspread. I asked for an additional blanket the 2nd night as the hallway was making the room cold. The clean said - really - you need an another cover . Yes we did. And I asked for another pillow and 2 rolls of toilet paper as ours was gone.
