Williamsburg Suites

We reserved two rooms and upon arrival the front desk clerk was lost, the rooms were not available. The customer before us was given a room that someone was already staying. Would never recommend this place.

Let's start with the fact that nobody was there to check us in at 11:20 pm. We had to call the main number, then wait, then wait some more, recall the main number, and then I had to go to one of the rooms and bang, not just knock on the door where the on-duty manager was. When the manager finally checked us in he took a photo copy of the license and my credit card. Do not stay here unless you absolutely love roaches, we were killing them all night. I even woke up with one crawling around my hand. The microwave looked like it was picked up from a junkyard. When we turned on the water in the sink it just leaked out the drain pipe onto the floor. The AC unit is a heater as well, and was held in place by cardboard and duct tape. There were only sheets on the beds no blankets anywhere in the room. Then, at checkout there was no one at the front desk to check us out and the lobby door was locked, even though it was after 9am, so we had to leave the key in the room.

The staff was extremely helpful and considerate, I could tell they were working on improving the property.

This is the worst place I’ve EVER seen. Filthy. No breakfast as listed. No toilet paper - cockroaches in the bathtub. Shocking

The room was dirty. No soap. No toilet paper. Water in the shower would not work at all. All the decor in the room Hanging off the wall, towels had cigarette burns on them, the office was closed the whole time so we couldn’t complain or get help.

The Williamsburg Suites is an SRO hotel not meant for tourists and visitors. Stay away from this place. Not clean, not safe. Their website is a complete deception.

Room did not have tv, microwave oven, fridge, air conditioner was out the wall, bugs

Nothing in this hotel is likable, the picture on the site is a big lie.

I had to search for the staff on check in. There were no towels or soap available in the room and I had to go back and request these. She stated that I was lucky to get the towels that I got when she gave them to me. This hotel is being used for temporary housing for transient populations. We were woken up in the middle of the night (1 AM) due to the fact that there is no management system of room occupancy. When I called the front desk to state someone was trying to get into our room she stated, "Don't be paranoid, just open the door and talk to housekeeping to say you are occupying the room." This is terribly unsafe.

We arrived on property at 4pm to check in and were told to come back at 5. When we came back there was 2 people in front of us. Took an hour and half to get to us. When we went to our room there was someone already checked into it. We then had to rush out to get to my sons soccer game. We came back about 8pm. From there no one was at the desk for about 30 minutes. Got a new room. When we arrived the key didnt not work and could see inside the room that the beds were not even made and the handle to the door was in side on a table. We went back and ask for a room thatbwe could use. After another hour we finally got another room. We we walked in the whole room smelled like mold. The trash was full. The toilet had been used and not flushed and the fridge was covered in black mold. Not to mention the fruit flys and stink bugs. We ended up leaving for a different hotel and they wouldnt even give us a refund. I dont know how this place is allowed to operate. Expedia should remove this place from thier site. By far the worst "hotel" experience ever.
