Fantastic location, comfortable beds and sofa.

Needs a bit of TLC but contacted owners who were very responsive and appreciated our feedback. Would definitely stay there again

Nice sized property and the location was fantastic. Easy communications with the owners for key access etc.

Both bathrooms need a little work and the main TV reception was poor. The downstairs TV doesn’t turn on at all.

"Lovely central location in Chester"

The location was great, comfy beds, responsive staff. Check in information was clear.

Unfortunately due to local pigeon population, we felt the outdoor space was not able to be enjoyed.

Very convenient to have a private parking space and to be so close to the centre. Canalside views were great . Kitchen very well equipped

It was very near the town. Lovely to walk along the canal.the property was lovely and clean with lovely decor.

It was quite hard to find via sat nav due to one way systems. Absolutely no complaints about the actual property.

A really nice and cosy home, smack bang in the middle of the City but feeling also quite private and peaceful. Having secure car parking was also a major plus. I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever for the money and I think it provides exceptional value for what it offers.

My only 2 minor niggles were the pop-up waste in the ensuite basin was broken so the basin could not be emptied, and there is a small leak from the right hand side valve on the ensuite radiator.

It was clean and tidy and had everything you could wish for in a home away from home. Very quiet and conveniently located for both the train station and Chester itself. The allocated parking also took any hassle or worry away about finding a parking space which was very helpful. Tip. The entrance to the property is from the main road on the bridge not by the car park.

The willow next to the parking space was quite overgrown which made parking a little difficult. A little cut back of the branches would be welcomed.
