The position. The bed and linen.

Not very clean with stained chairs, outside balcony dirty and unusable. When we contact landlords about the problem they said they will look into the problem but we never heard from them. Kitchen cooking pots and pans very worn. Leak in en-suite radiator. Door handle broken onto balcony. Generally looking very tired !

Location and facilities

The property location was nice along the canal, near to city centre . Property was clean and adequate for our needs.

Property a little tied, area,was a little intimidating, wouldn't want to be out late.

Brilliant location for a walk into Chester centre. Great to also have a designated secure parking space. Beds were lovely and comfortable! The kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils etc and even better to have use of a dishwasher. Communication from the hosts was prompt and clear.

The location was great close to city centre lovely outlook onto the canal. Only thing could of done with a map of the city to refer to (a paper map).

It was a little worn around the edges.

Location was fantastic, so easy to get in to the centre! Real bonus having 2 bathrooms and very comfortable beds. Beautiful views

The location is excellent. It's alongside the canal and just a 10 minute walk into the city centre.

The kitchen was not fully equipped for the guests who want to self cater. However, after messaging the hosts, they are going to renew some of the equipment and buy additional items for the kitchen. They were very understanding.

Close to the city centre and the train station, very clean and comfortable apartment, hosts are very kind and helpful, I warmly recommend it!
