Canal House

Excellent location and really handy for the city centre, great facilities and really comfy beds

Couches were not the comfiest to sit on and the travel cots were very used, we luckily brought our own

Great location! Nice clean house with all the facilities you could ask for, it was nice to be able to sit outside with views of the canal.

Parking space. The car park was very tight and it wasn't easy to park my Ford Kuga, due to the fiat parking badly in their space. If they had parked their car straight and fully into their space I would have had less issues. I would stay here again but would arrange parking elsewhere.

We had a fabulous stay at Canal House. Brilliant location. So easy to get to the centre of town. The kids loved waking up and being able to feed the ducks on the canal straight away. Lovely helpful owners!

The only negative would be the black sofa, it wasn't very comfortable. If we were staying any longer it would have been a bit of a pain, but definitely wouldn't stop us booking again as the rest of the property/ location was fab.

The flat was really comfortable and in a great location. We had a great stay and would love to stay here again sometime.

Excellent location, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, milk, tea, coffee, sugar sachets and dishwasher tablets. Very quiet at night to sleep in and the blackout blinds and curtains weee superb. Secure off street car park.

Sofa definitely needs replacing as the springs are very uncomfortable and the patio furniture has seen better days and as the patio areas are excellent, they need addressing to make it a better outdoor seating experience as being by the canal is great.

The property was beautiful right on the canal. Me and my family really enjoyed our stay

The property is right by the bridge when you are sat outside people are constantly watching you as they are looking at the canal

Very outdated. Property not cleaned properly. Sleeper sofa spring damaged. Can even sit on it without the spring poking up my bum 😳. Bathrooms tiles need re sealing, mouldy.
