Bello!Lake Como Suites

The location is great, with a lovely view of the lake. The bed was comfortable, the room had a big TV, and the decor was nice. The staff were very clear with their communication, quick to respond, and helpful.

It felt too expensive for what it was. It didn’t really feel like a hotel, more like separate rooms within an apartment block. The shared rooftop was nice, but it could have had better facilities. For example, the iron was broken and leaked everywhere, which seems like something that could be easily replaced. Arriving by car was also a bit tricky. The parking space associated with the hotel was around a 15-minute walk away, which wasn’t ideal with luggage. We could have driven closer to drop the bags off, but we thought the parking was nearer to the property, so that may have been our mistake.

Fab location, helpful staff, lovely room - would definitely stay again and would recommend to friends & family. The extra support around arrival was really appreciated (registering us for the ZTL and booking parking 10min away). Thanks so much Bello Lake Como!

Beautiful, clean, great location. We had a view of the lake which was a great way to wake up. We delay mainly with Monica, and she was an exceptional host.
