Location was incredible, room was amazing and comfortable. The view was unreal. Black out shutters were a plus and streaming service on the TV was convenient.

The property was in a good location…..but…..you pay for this with the loud street noise.

I found the room to be extremely tiny, I found the room was not like the pictures advertised and the room itself was not very clean. The blinds were broken and the street noise was unbearable!!!! The AC hadn’t been cleaned in a long time by the looks of it. I’m surprised how this place got the rating it has. I would personally rate it as a low 3 star budget room.

Timed lighting was frustrating while in shower/bathroom. dark reception area and halls, noisy rooms. Coke bottle left in room from prior guest.

Fantastic location! Very friendly staff and welcome. Very easy check on process and prompt assistanxe when needed. The room looks great, light and sunny and styled well. We had a partial lake view which was nice. There is a terrace and common kitchen area that is free for guests to use.

The building entrance/stairway is a little run down and probably needs a good refresh but the room makes up for the less than appealing entrance.

Its location

It advertised access to a jacuzzi however the tub was empty. When asking the ‘owner’ about it was told I needed to request it to be filled if I wanted to use it. So no ‘impulsive’ jacuzzi time. The weather limited the opportunity to use the jacuzzi but it should always be available

We loved the room and the location! This was the most comfortable bed we had our whole ten days in Italy. We looooved the bathtub in the room and the view of the lake from the patio was incredible! We wished we had been able to stay longer and taken advantage of all of the amenities.

There was not anything that we didn't like about this place.
