How spacious the rooms were, the 2x daily cleaning service. How welcoming and assistive the staff were. Replied to messages and emails instantly, gave great recommendation and able to book things for us. Loved the snack time.

Lots of stairs to bring suitcases up, no pool or area to relax other than breakfast time.

First class staff with knowledgeable concierge service managing luggage transfers, setting up tour guides, and all local area recommendations. Excellent communication via WhatsApp too!

Es ist einfach die perfekte Unterkunft in Sorrent. Die Lage ist fantastisch zum "Strand", zu den Restaurants, zum Hafen für Ausflüge, zu schönen Spaziergänge in der Stadt. Die Unterkunft im Kloster ist wunderschön. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und sehr nett. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und sehr sauber. Und das Frühstück ist einfach fantastisch! Mit so viel Liebe vorbereitet! Herzlichen Dank für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt an Salvatore, Daniela, Gianmaria, Marianna und Josi! Wir möchten diese Unterkunft an andere Urlauber herzlich weiter empfehlen!

Alles war perfekt!

Lovely hotel in an excellent location, right in the centre. That said, quiet and peaceful rooms due to ancient thick walls and modern double glazed windows, very relaxing. Lovely staff available 24/7, nothing too much trouble. Daily cleaning/refresh, turn-down service nightly. Excellent breakfast. Minibar in room with reasonable prices. Huge bathroom with excellent shower. Toiletries excellent and refreshed daily. Walking distance from the ferry port. No pool, but has a deal with local Beach Club, so somewhere to sunbathe. Nice terrace for sitting out on an evening.

As a Brit, would have liked a kettle.

What gem of a place! We needed to be in the middle of Sorrento for a wedding but were worried about the noise and the heat. This was an oasis in the very heart of the town. A short walk to everything in the centre. But inside the unassuming exterior a haven of quiet, cool air, and fresh modern colours. The staff were all superb from the 5-star 24-hour concierge service, to the lovely ladies who provided us with breakfast, to the polite and efficient cleaning staff. The breakfast buffet was superb - when the first thing I saw was kefir with flaxseeds, I knew I didn't have to worry about healthy options - and for those with a more indulgent taste, I have never seen such a tempting collection of breakfast cakes. Finally, I don't think I have ever stayed in a hotel as clean as this one. Truly a hidden treasure!

I suppose that the access via a private lift with a code is disconcerting when you first arrive but we had no problem at all and it was 100% worth it!

Das Hotel ist sehr schön; sauber, hell, gut gelegen, hervorragendes Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal.

Preis-Leistung finde ich suboptimal. 500 EUR pro Nacht ist zu viel - in der Nebensaison - für das was es ist. Es gibt keine Garage, für die Liegen am Strand muss zusätzlich bezahlt werden etc.
