Extended Stay

This place is an absolute shit hole. Bugs, everything is broken, crack heads and prostitutes everywhere, multiple code violations that are unsafe including broken windows, broken doors, and no outlet covers.

There's literally nothing to like. We didnt stay there and they wont give us our money back.

Nothing they were overbooked and I couldn’t get a room after driving 3 1/2 hours. I even called around 2 and said it would be a late check in around 7 and they said it was fine

I got ripped off by booking.com I just want my money I paid for a hotel I didn’t get. Got into contact with support and was told they had to verify with the hotel to make sure I was telling the truth

People walking around in next to no clothes. Staff handing us room keys to go check to see if our room was even clean. Staff in inappropriate clothing. I would not let anyone stay at this hotel. Ever! Smelled like urine in the hallways!

If I could give it zero stars, I would. There were no dishes as promised, no towels, and no toilet paper. The sheets and blankets were filthy (visible dirt on all of it). The toilet didn’t work, the microwave made our food smoke, and the water was scalding hot with no cold water at all. The TV turned off randomly and the sound worked some of the time. There were bugs in our bed and got into our food. The manager and staff did not care. The other people at the hotel were yelling and screaming all night until four or five o’clock in the morning. The room smelled like mold and mildew and nothing stayed dried. The freezer and fridge were disgusting. There was trash all over the hotel property that caused it to stink. But that could have been the dog poop left all over the place too. Our room wasn’t ready at 9 pm, and we had to wait 45 minutes for a room. I will never stay here ever again.

Would not recommend. Overall horrible experience; from the location, to the hotel, to the service, to the cleanliness. Everything = DO NOT STAY UNLESS YOU ARE IN DESPERATE NEED!

Nothing, was not able to stay here due to no one at front to check me in when I showed up at 11:00pm after a long trip. Still charged me for a night and could stay there, had to look for another room at that time I called check in over the phone still couldn’t reach anyone. Every number was the wrong number .. horrible A lot of hang out at night, drug addicts everywhere not a safe place

Was never provided towels, or blanket, floor was perspiring the whole time. Was originally given a dirty room and had to be moved to a new one.
