The hotel waited until I drove 10 hours to tell me that I had no rooms that the whole hotel was closed

The room did not look like as it was advertised. I didn’t get the room I wanted. I was placed on a smokers floor. The other visitors were loud and there were dogs. I asked for more towels because it only came with one face towel and one drying towel but didn’t receive them. The beds do not come with a comforter so keep that in mind. Make sure to bring cleaning supplies with you. The parking lot was cluttered and people just all out and about everywhere.

They didn't find my reservation. There was a rude person at the counter. The hotel looked like a public housing complex, with abandoned cars and another one with empty tires.

Never got to sleep in the hotel. The doors were locked and no one was there.

Didn’t stay there end up cancelled they said they would charge for one day but they won’t refund my money I paid thru klarna I try get refunded back I’m not getting answer

booked this room months in advance, expecting a smooth stay. I even went by the property around 1 PM the day of check-in to see if early check-in was possible. Everything seemed fine—they didn’t mention any issues at all. Then at 5:30 PM, just 30 minutes before regular check-in, I get a phone call saying my reservation is canceled due to overbooking. Are you serious? After I had already been there earlier in the day? Completely unprofessional and inconsiderate. To make things worse, when I stopped by, the lobby reeked of weed—like someone had just smoked inside and no one cared. And yes, a staff member was right there, totally unbothered by it. The motel looks nothing like the pictures online. The actual property is run-down and sketchy, and there were people hanging around the parking lot and stairwells like it was a block party—loud, loitering, just not a place you’d feel comfortable staying. This place is a joke. Poor communication, shady atmosphere, and complete lack of professionalism. Save yourself the headache and book somewhere else.
