Do not go there it looks nasty and couldn't get anyone to cm to window or door to check in or answer phone very poor place

never stayed. they cancelled my reservation when i got there, and didn’t send me a notice until a couple hours later when they cancelled it.

Absolutely nothing to like about this place.

They never opened the door so we could even get in. We called 3 different numbers and no one answered. Supposedly staffed 24 hours a day, but clearly no one was there. I requested for my credit card to not be charged because we couldn't even get in the door. We had to go stay at another hotel at 3x the price just so we could find a place to sleep. Terrible business!

My brother got assaulted and my daughter got cussed out twice by two different grown “Men”

The fact that they were overbooked and I didn't have to stay and then I'm going to get my money back it was disgusting creepy and with the 6:00 p.m. check in and 11:00 a.m. check out a rip off but thankfully you overbooked them so I want my money back

Rude disrespect

Got to the prop and there was a line of people said they had been there for 2 hours or more and no one would come to the window. One guy said he made contact with the owner an hour before and they didn’t have any rooms clean and didn’t know when or if they would. This was at 7pm on a holiday night after traveling 8 hours to get there and there are NO OTHWR ROOMS IN A 50 mile RADIUS AVAILABLE! Had to call hotel.com and request a refund and of course that didn’t process for a couple of days and had to try and get another room which ended up being an hour away from where I needed to be, an hour back the same way I had already came. Not to mention the property is in shambles and is filthy, the guy that was able to make contact said that none of us would have wanted to stay there anyway! It was an absolute nightmare!
