Extended Stay

Place was dirty, front desk was sleeping, and then my room that I booked was already booked out to someone else.

Nothing

The air conditioner didn't work good therecwas no towels are wash cloths in the room the room was infested in roaches the floor was very dirty it smelled liked cigarettes and the TV didn't have a remote control. People were up all night fighting the hotel clerk wasn't at the front desk and I couldn't contact them by phone please reimburse me my money please my experience was bad n that play is filthy and horrible

Book the room, they unable to accommodate us

Absolutely nothing. The property was horrible!

When I pulled up people were outside drinking and doing drugs. The property was not well kept. It look like a place were drug activity goes on. The lady at the front desk was sleeping I had to wake her up. I left I couldn’t let my family stay there. I didn’t feel safe at all.

There was nothing I liked about it.

. The staff was really rude, disrespectful. Had an attitude. We were in line waiting to check in and the staff made us leave out of the front lobby bc there was a person in front of us and told us we had to step out and leave. When we walked out they locked the door behind us while they talked to the person in front of us. Then unlocked the door when she walked out. Very rude and disrespectful never again.

The Hotel Was Over Booked And They Had No Room To Give Me For My Reservation.
